Adam Popper Has executed over $10+ billion of transactions. His experience includes acquiring, repositioning, and realizing commercial investment opportunities across the United States. In 2018, Adam launched 20 Bridges Realty Group to provide real estate advisory expertise to select clients concentrating on direct multifamily and office investments.
Adam began his career in the competitive NYC real estate market as a commercial leasing broker, learning the business from the ground up. Drawn to tenant representation, Adam became a key advisor to clients helping them to plan for their future growth and expansion. Forming key relationships with his clients and landlords, Adam saw the power in long-term ownership of real estate assets.
Although limited in resources he spent his free time developing his real estate skills, taking classes in finance, development and acquisitions, attending workshops and networking with accomplished entrepreneurs and owners. Adam transitioned to the principal side of the business becoming one of the leading acquisition executives in the country. Along the way, he built and mentored teams of young talented individuals, executed investment, developed value-added leasing strategies on nationwide real estate investments.
Prior to forming 20 Bridges Realty Group, Adam served as SVP, Eastern Region for Columbia Property Trust, a REIT listed on the NYSE (CXP). Adam oversaw all real estate operations, asset management, leasing and acquisitions for CXP’s investments in NYC, Boston, and Washington DC. Adam also served on CXP’s Investment and Executive Committees.
Prior to joining CXP, Adam served in several leadership roles formulating and executing acquisitions, repositioning strategies for leading investors, operators and developers including Westbrook Partners Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO), Beacon Capital Partners and Tishman Speyer Properties.
He received his BA from Hamilton College and attended NYU’s Shack Institute for Real Estate Finance.
